Required Mechanical Engineering freelancer for Engineer needed with knowledge of boilers, vacuum evaporators, and electricity generation. job

I am trying to put a system together from used equipment that will evaporate 15,000 lbs of water an hour from a 15 brix sugar solution. I need someone with knowledge of vacuum evaporation equipment and formulas, steam boilers and formulas, and electrical generation. Considering powering boiler with biomass and also generating electricity from the excess steam.
Need someone who can explain processes to me and then help me design system I need and select as much used equipment as possible to build system. Need to start immediately. Need a lot of answers answered quickly and basic layout designed and then ongoing help as we purchase equipment, install equipment, and start running equipment.
