I am looking for someone who can translate an English questionnaire into Chinese. The questionnaire in Chinese will be used for a study conducted in Shanghai, China.

Topic is partially medical in nature, but for the layman and not medical professionals.

Translation need to be checked after being done in order to be error-free.

You will be required to do some search on what are the chinse version of the names and terminology.

Will need the translation done within 24 hours upon commissioning. Translation is expected to be completed on by end of 9th Aug (China Time)
