I am looking for an app developer that can develop an escrow payment app. The app should allow buyers and sellers to carry out payment transactions to third party platform and then buyer can confirm receipt of merchandise on the app before payment is released to merchant (seller).
The app should also allow users to request for a dispatch rider to pick and deliver parcel.
