I am looking for someone to help me to continue the work what another contractor started nearly a year ago. That person is now tied up and is unable to finish the work we began.
The original posting was
'I am looking to create a tool/Database that extracts information from Real Estate Auction sites and proprietary MLS Systems(I have subscriptions to several) and puts it in a common place where it can be sorted and used.
The websites that I need to pull information from are:
Auction.com
servicelinkasap.com
xome.com
hubzu.com
flexmls.com
realtypromls.com
Ideally, this information would be dynamic so that as the sites change it also updates in our system.
I would like to start with this and call it 'version 1', over time I would expect that we would have successive versions of this that would need to continue to be honed and refined and features added.
Version 2 Would include scaping information from publically available recorded pdf documents and entered into the database as well'
At this point, I believe that Microsoft Azur is likely going to the be long term fit for our system and that it will allow us to use the predictive algorithms and machine learning to hone our sorting of properties.
Long term I am hoping that I will be able to access Open APIs but in the meantime we may be reliant on scraping one or more of these sites?
Another aspect of this is likely the use of geolocational information to make good decisions. I am asuming that that will require a product like ESRIs ARCGIS. I do currently have a subscription to the product and if someone has a good working knowledge of both programs that is especially interesting for us.
