Required Accounting freelancer for Estonia Accountant Needed for Annual Accounts job

I have an Estonian company that has not seen any real activity. Due to some misunderstandings with how the company portal works, the 2017 accounts were not actually submitted and I also want to submit the 2018 accounts. The accounts are OK but I need help to review this rule with having minimum capital and to fill out the 3 required statements on accounting, labor, and related parties. Also, I would like help to liquidate the company.
