We currently use Jira Service Desk to manage tickets submitted by customers. We also have a variety of ops automation tickets that are created based on event triggers in our SaaS application, infrastructure, etc. At times these can create a lot of noise due to the volume of tickets created. I would like assistance in finding and evaluating some kind of central monitoring tool that can evaluate all of these notifications, either within Jira or externally, and synthesize the activity into actionable tasks.
