I need a custom database built. My company doesn't have MS Access, so I'm really limited to Excel.
Essentially I need a database built that stores information about people that have been trespassed from our property. The following information will be entered:
Name
Date of Birth
Address
Phone number
Social security number
Driver's license number
Driver's license state
Date trespassed
Who trespassed the person
I would like for the database to have a main page with three clickable buttons:
Enter a new trespass (clicking will take you to a form to enter the information above)
Search for a trespass (clicking will take you to a form where you can search using most of the above information)
View all trespasses (clicking will take you to the database where you can view all of the trespasses in the database)
I would like for there to be a feature that cross checks the information entered (perhaps as it's entered?) To prevent duplicate entries for the same person
I would also like the ability to upload a PDF version of our signed trespass form that can be downloaded when clicked on (and possibly a PDF file of their driver's license photo?)
My work computer is pretty locked down so this is my big hope as far as having a custom solution to search for this info. I'm open to other ideas too.
