I am looking or a freelancer with expertise in excel spreadsheet to set up pages to store and sort data that has the capacity to calculate performance against key performance indicators on an ongoing basis from several team members.
Page 1 (KPI Report) of the attached document is the final reporting format for the 4 KPIs.
What I am looking for is an operational tracker sheet to capture data from a range of actions, events and activities during the period against the 4 KPIs. We will separately transfer the cumulative target which we track from the operational spreadsheet to the final reporting format.
I do not require spreadsheets to be developed for the financial reports (pages 2 & 3) as these are populated by our accounting software.
Page 4 guidance may offer some additional information to support the creation of spreadsheet pages to support
Our project team is working on a UK (Scottish) central government programme which assists young people to develop employability skills through engagement with employers and other business/industry people.

The 3rd document is the spreadsheet that we used for last years targets. This is not for the freelancer to copy as there may be a better way to gather, store and calculate date to evidence the KPIs. However several of the the column headings continue to be necessary (Activity description, date of activity, school name, activity, year group, no. of employers present, no. of teachers present, no. of stakeholders present, no. of pupils present).
There are a few additional column headings to be add - these are in the 4th document attached and include: no. of ASN pupils present, no. of STEM, no. of male pupils present, no. of female pupils present, no. of STEM engagements and under KPI 3 no. of FA (Foundation Apprenticeship) candidates, no. of MA (Modern Apprenticeship) candidates and no. of GA (Graduate Apprenticeship) candidates.
Where possible drop down lists on headings would be useful and I can supply more details for each drop down, on request.
