Hello!

We are looking for an experienced banner ad designer who understands designing at the different stages of the customer journey.

You must have a firm grasp of marketing and know the difference between driving awareness to cold traffic vs optimizing banner ads at the bottom of the funnel through retargeting efforts.

You must also understand the relationship between image and copy through the correct use of calls to action and direct response copy.

Ads will be designed for Google Display, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram and served on both desktop and mobile.

Please provide 4 examples of your highest performing banners, or ads that you are most proud of and why (a brief explanation is required).
