EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/MARKETING
My marketing consulting business is experiencing rapid growth and needs an assistant to help manage incoming requests and provide customer service. I am very good at marketing, but need help with managing. I am looking for a person who is Extremely Organized and understands all aspects of online eCommerce; content marketing, graphics, social and email marketing, sales funnels.
Duties include but are not limited to: assisting with social media and marketing internally, coordinating my projects and ensuring completion by my team, assigning priority to incoming requests and assigning tasks to my team, and responding to phone/text message/email inquiries as needed.
Primary Tasks – Internet Marketing Research, Team Communication, Email management, Respond and handle all emails. (Absorb and deflect). - Manage To Do lists, Ensure lists are getting completed and work is available. - Manage Calendar, Calendar entries for various business purposes. - - Be self sufficient. I need someone to help manage me and others, not the other way around. Programs Needed to Know - Wordpress - Basecamp - Outlook, Office 365 – Excel, PowerPoint,Word - Evernote - Wunderlist - Dropbox – SalesForce.
