Required 3D Design,3D Modeling,3D Rendering,Architecture,Architectural Rendering freelancer for Experienced interior designer for flat needed job

I am looking for an experienced interior designer who can maximize the living space of a 53 sqm flat as well as plan the lighting and matching color scheme of the flats' furnishings.

There should be no boundaries in designing the most efficient yet stylish flat. The layout on the attached plan is just a suggestion by the building company - so please feel free to change the layout in whatever fashion you like. I am also attaching some design ideas I really like.

Please make sure when you design i.e. a kitchen, bathroom etc. that you know to meet the minimum distances for walking space, to open cabinets and so on.
