Complete the development of new front end for existing website. Most work has been already done but there are many bugs, especially conflicts in JavaScript libraries. Some layout correction needed. Possibly look and feel improvements.

Back end is driven by PHP scripts with mySQL database. Front end is build with Smarty templates.
