Required software development freelancer for Expert ArcGIS Programming Services Needed job

I work with Willowstick technologies, we map groundwater flow paths and we are currently seeking expert ArcGIS programming services to convert a working code from ArcMap written in visual basic to ArcGIS Pro.

WORK TO BE DONE:
- Convert code that takes a shapefile and recolors it using the specific coloring instructions, from ArcMap written in visual basic to ArcGIS Pro (ArcObjects SDK to Pro SDK)
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

SKILLS NEEDED:
- Expertise in ArcMap/ArcGIS programming (Arc Objects SDK to Pro SDK)
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented

Budget is negotiable and can be discussed during the interview.
