Required Scrapy,PDF,html2text,Python,Artificial Intelligence freelancer for Extract Content from PDF job

I want someone to create a script/application that is able, to extract content from PDF. The PDF will contain content/Customer data such as Name, address, etc. We should be able to extract the content and put it csv or json or whatever. I will prefer mostly python as the language. Approach me with your ideas on how to do it. Whether you wanna do this using ML or standard PDF reader libraries. I am open to your suggestions.
