Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Extract order data from PDF job

Need to create a macro or software that would extract data from a .pdf file and create an excel .csv file that we can import orders into our system. Have a pdf files with multiple orders per file for 2 of our customers. Need Bill to Name, Bill to Order #, Ship to Name, Ship to Address1, Ship to Address2, Ship to City, Ship to State, Ship to Zip Item #, Item Description, Qty, Price. Can be more than 1 line item per order.
