Required software development freelancer for Failover cluster configuration, Virtual machine configuration in Hyper V job

We have two new Dell R740 host servers running Windows Server 2019. We have one new Dell EMC EM4024 for file storage. Currently we have six Hyper V virtual machines, running Windows Server 2019, operating out of one host servers.

We need a failover cluster configured so that the virtual machines can operate between the two hosts, instead of only the single host. This may involve rebuilding some or all of the virtual machines.

Remote access is possible to all servers. The IT professional does not need to be local. We would like this work to start immediately.

We are looking for someone with experience configuring failover clusters, Hyper V virtual machines, and Windows Server 2019.
