I am looking for a developer who can act on minimal instructions and genuinely think about how to build a logical website without taking too much dictation.

We are a personal shopping service based in Pakistan. Customers in Pakistan use our service 'amazonservice.pk' to shop from all US retailer websites.
We require customers to fill out a complex form, with all the details we need for products, and then we buy those products from US retailer website and deliver it to the customer in Pakistan. We have done this business previously so we have super clear idea of what we want!
Require someone who is good with creating many features in the backend to make life easy to run an inventory-based model. Someone who knows how to make accounting/cashflow reports in the backend as-well. This is a custom work and we need it on Wordpress. We already have a designer in place, but would be more than willing to hear design pitch as-well from an agency that can handle all 3 jobs; design, copy and development!
