I want a ffmpeg command line (or a series of commands) for Ubuntu that will take a set of audio and movie files and combine them into a single audio file.
The input files will be 2 music files, in either mp3, wav or aiff (whatever is easiest) format and 3 movie files from Facebook in mov format.
I want the music files to fade in and out, one at the start and one at the end respectively, with the audio from the 3 movie files concatenated together. But I want the first movie file audio to begin before the first music file has finished fading out and the last movie file audio to end after the second music file has started fading in.
For illustrative purposes, if the files are called:
- music1.mp3 - 20sec
- music2.mp3 - 20sec
- movie1.mov - 10sec
- movie2.mov - 1min
- movie3.mov - 10sec
Timing will be:
0s music1.mp3 starts
5s music1.mp3 starts to fade out
10s movie1.mov starts
20s music1.mp3 is completely faded out and finishes
20s movie1.mov finishes
20s movie2.mov starts
1:15s music2.mp3 starts silent, but fading in
1:20s movie2.mov ends
1:20s movie3.mov starts
1:30s movie3.mov ends
1:30s music2.mp3 has faded in to full volume
1:35s music2.mp3 ends
