I need someone with real estate experience to talk to motivated sellers that are calling into my phone lines everyday. You will be in charge of qualifying them based on certain criteria before you pass them on to me. You will have to update every call into my Podio CRM system and CallRail. You will also have to become familiar with a few different websites that I use everyday.
