POSITION: Finance Manager - Payroll, Bookkeeping, Compliance

THE ROLE
As a Finance Manager, you will bring your experience and systems thinking to help us with our finance, payroll and accounting operations. Reporting to the CFO, you'll be responsible for a variety of functions from payroll, bookkeeping, compliance and financial analysis.
In this role you will:
-Reconcile transactions in Xero
-Prepare financial analysis for the management team
-Pay our employees every week and be available to help them with any payment issues
-Document credit card purchases and book expenses accordingly
-Methodically review all credit card transactions, bank transactions, invoices, expense reports, etc to prepare for month-end close
-Prepare quarterly or annual reports
-Respond to and follow up on compliance notices
Education and Experience Required:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant bookkeeping and payroll experience
-Prior experience owning the entire recording process for revenue and expenses
-Proficiency with Xero accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
