Required Financial Analysis freelancer for Financial planner needed to adjust and create a plan for my personal stock portfolio for 2019 job

Financial planner need; looking to switch the management of my financial stock portfolio. My current finical planner has made decisions which have me holding a misbalance of tech stocks and investments in industries I do not wish to be involved in . Due to recent volatility in the market my portfolio needs adjusting and a new outlined plan needs to be made for 2019. I am very moralistic about my investment choices, and have industrial sectors I do not care to invest in such as the pharmacidical, genetic engineering, gambling, cooperate banking, oil and natural gas, defense and mining industries. I am for investments in alternative energy, web based commerce and marketing, alternative medicine ( cannibis stocks) and 'BIO' pharmicudical, construction and building, infrastructure, tech and semiconductor, personal services, and trending opportunities.
I am looking for a 'active' portfolio manager, one who makes biweekly or monthly adjustment according to market direction. I am not into buy and hold strategies or cookie cutter portfolio's and want stop losses places on all high risk buys and for them to be checked for progress and adjustment made when neccicary for asset preservation.
