I need someone who has a lot of graphic design experience in the fitness industry.

Please apply only if you have experience in the fitness industry and have a portfolio of past work to show. It is ok if you used clip art and purchased images, but I need to know what you created by hand and what was purchased. I need to know what you are very good at, what you rare 'ok' at, and what your weaknesses are. I will likely hire a small team for piece work, so please do not overestimate your abilities, just be honest. High quality work, no excuses, and strict adherence to deadlines will ensure great feedback and a long-term position on my team.
Please also provide fixed rate costs for each of your portfolio items. I need to have an idea how much you will charge for a particular piece of work and what to expect. Not too keen on hourly projects for this type of work.
