Project Description
We have done a lot of Python research and development work, and now would like to port this to run in Apache Flink, ideally in Java or Scala.

The python code is generally very well documented and easy to read.

The task deliverables also include:
* Writing unit and integration tests for each key progress
* Add metrics instrumentations to key processes
* Come with suggestions on how to improve performance

Nice to have:
* Experience with Apache Spark, and/or Apache Beam
