We are a start-up based in the Netherlands and are looking for an enthusiastic Flutter App Developer with Firebase Database (or maybe another database solution) experience, who likes to build a pilot app from scratch.
Working title: 'EnergySource'.
Our mission: connecting people in the workplace and let them get more pleasure out of their work. Based on our own developed and validated methodology, we connect people based on what gives them energy in their work and various well-functioning teams can be put together. Plus you can learn from colleagues who have a different quality / energy.
We would like to realize (and validate) this mission by launching a pilot app within a large organization in the Netherlands within 12 weeks. The pilot group will consist of max. 1000 people. When the pilot is successful, several teams within the same organization will be jumping to make use of this app. In other words, if it becomes a success; we also need app development assistance long term.
Deliverables:
* Fully functional pilot app running on iOS & Android with about 15 basic screens; no fancy design/animations ...yet!
* Clean code base for future scalability & improvements
* User authentication by email validation & email address domain check
* User on boarding/profile creation
* User permissions (either a member or admin; admin can create teams inside the app)
* Good user feedback on internet and/or database connection problems
* Chat screen (like a WhatsApp group) for teams (multiple users) to communicate
* Push notifications
* Settings; user profile edit & logout
My background:
I'm a native app developer myself, developing apps for both Android and iOS. Because we are focussed on the business side of things and because I have a bit (but too little solid) Flutter experience, we decided to find someone enthusiastic to build the pilot app in Flutter to launch on both iOS & Android devices.
Because I have years of experience in the app development business, I think communication about requirements, Apple certificates, etc. can be very smooth ;)
Planning:
Testable beta app within 8 weeks; final version within 12 weeks.
