Required Font Development freelancer for Font modification job

Make some minor changes to an existing font to change the spacing between the letters. I have the .otf files for the font and an image that shows how we'd like to change the spacing. We'd like the deliverable to be the updated .otf file, a TrueType version, and also a high-resolution image version.
