Required R,Python freelancer for Forecasting Sign (Positive/Negative) for Bitcoin 5 min/15 min intervals job

Developer should be able to generate a model with at least a 70% success rate in predicting the sign (higher or lower price) for the following 5 and/or 15min interval of Bitcoin's price. I am indifferent to model choice, though I suspect it will require machine learning (e.g., LTSM). I need to be confident that the model is not over fitted to the data, so the developer needs to be cognizant of splitting in sample vs. OOS. Alternatively, we can live test the algorithm over the course of a few days to verify performance. Again, I am not interested in the prediction error (residual of predicted price vs. actual), but only the success rate for predicting the sign of the next time period. Do not care about the complexity/originality of the model, simpler is better. It can be recycled, derived from another source, etc. as long as it works I do not care. Price is highly negotiable, depending on the proposal. If you can provide a quick / simple model for cheaper, that is also welcome. Feel free to reach out with any questions I will respond quickly.
