We need 5-10 hours per week of legal services for our franchising company. Tasks include:

Preparing legal documents using pre-designed templates.
Correspondence with franchisees related to their franchise agreements.
Contract renewals.
Managing our system licensing standards.
Record keeping.

Most of our documents are already created, but could use a new review.
