Required Chat Support,Customer Service,Customer Support,Email Handling,English freelancer for French Software - Customer Support/Training job

We need someone to support and potentially train a new customer on our software in French. We will need this person to be available for approximately 10-20 hours of work if training the customer, and anywhere from 0-10 hours for customer support on an ongoing basis, plus however long is required initially learning the software well enough to be able to train and support them in what's needed. Ideally a quick learner with good English and French skills, as well as a basic software understanding as we are a technology company for healthcare providers. Canadian-French preferred.
