Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Front end developer - expert on responsive design job

I'm a UX designer who's working with Elementor page builder for my web designs and I'd like to improve my current skills when it comes to design units - in order to build better responsive websites.

To do that - I'd like to consult with a designer / front end developer who has rich experience building responsive websites and can explain to me which design unit he/she is using in their web designs
(i.e. PX, VW, VH, EM, REM, etc..)

Our call will cover:
design units, responsive, media queries and should take between 30-60 minutes.
