This is a phased project, the first phase requires a HTML working front-end be developed only.
Most important at this stage is the ability to deliver an outstanding front end that is clean and functional.
You will be an individual that has high understanding of design principles and can implement them in HTML\\CSS\\JS. (alignment, whitespace, consistancy etc.) Minimal back and forth negotiating alignment and spacing type layout issues.
requires implementation of bootstrap 4 and DataTables plug-in for the jQuery Javascript library.
This will be integrated into a Django application. full stack development with django/bootstrap experience desired but not essential. Ability to understand django templates tags/filters will be required for future phases.
Understanding of good design principles.
Preference given to having knowledge of full stack django / bootstrap, ie understanding of djangos default templating system.
Object oriented thinking and reusable code and DRY thinking developer
