Required Jenkins,Nginx,React,RESTful,Terraform freelancer for Full stack web developer for internal operations at MNC job

I need to build out an internal self-service operations portal for internal use at an MNC. I am the app owner and have built a small MVP myself upon a stack of Python/Flask/Celery and PostgreSQL.

The web portal captures user information and requirements to execute requests for things like new development environments, virtual machines/databases or other small service requests in our Azure environment. It also exposes a RESTful API for integration into other systems.

I'm looking for an experienced full stack developer to expand upon this backend and add new features on a continual basis with direction from me as well as develop an all-new shinier React front-end.
