We are a VOIP provider looking for an experienced individual to help fix several issues on our new FusionPBX installation and perform ongoing maintenance.

The individual will have experience with FusionPBX and the underlying systems, SIP and VOIP management and troubleshooting / security, and a passion for keeping systems up and customers satisfied.

Sample issues include:
Voicemail not working
Delay between when someone speaks and when the remote party hears them
Setup of new extensions
Log analysis
Documentation and emailing records of what was done to the project management team.
