We are looking for a Mobile Game Economy Designer.
Someone who is experienced in designing free to play games, has deep understanding of it's mechanics, game economy and monetization all together with analyzing KPIs and using metrics to improve monetization features and the eCPM.
The Game Economy Designer is responsible for developing and managing the economy
and implement monetization features in game.
Maintain and build the relationships with Ad Networks, understand our business environment and provide proactive and strategic solutions.
Comfortable working with several different internal teams to collaboratively grow eCPM.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and problem identifier/solver
Ensuring that the planning, briefing, procuring, optimizing and evaluating of all media campaigns is undertaken to a high standard and utilize best practices
Ensure that all ads and content are relevant and up to date and merchandised to maximize engagement.
Leverage analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend tuning mechanics and A/B tests, and identify new features to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization;
Provide with regular or ad-hoc updates on business performance of the game.
Foster strong relationships with your game team to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving agreed revenue targets;
Manage relationships with marketing to identify opportunities for additional sources of revenue for implementation;
