**** JOB #1 ****
Get the virtual machine (VM) I created in Hyper-V to access the internet externally and make a RDP file that would allow users to connect to it from anywhere. This must be done using the provided public static ip address, netmass, and gateway. When I use an internal switch and set the VMs to ipv4 address to auto it works. I access the internet. But if I add a static ip if does not work.
**** My server stats ****
Dedicated Cloud Physical Computer
Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Datacenter 64 bit
Processor: Xeon CPU single core
RAM: 64 GB
SSD: 2 x 890 GB RAID system
Installed Roles: Hyper-V with 2 switches (external, internal) in switch manager ; AD DS; DNS; NPAS, IIS
Virtual Machines created: 2 named bb.vm.test, bb.vm.test3 on an external switch.
I believe this should take an expert in Server 2019 no more than an hour. I am willing to give login credentials to solve the problem. This is an ongoing project.
