Required C++,Python,R Programming freelancer for GIS Analyist or Programmer needed to help with vector interpretation in 3D space job

Looking for an experienced gis developer
Working in R, Python, or c++.

Ideal candidate will be able to identify any point in 3dimension space that falls between to 3dimensional surfaces.

Ideal candidate will be able to provide as a result of the project:

We will provide:
a 3D vectors, 'STICKS', in point-by-point format
a varying number and location of 2D vectors with layer by Z (base or top of layer) ,'SURFACE'

a unique FORMATION is anything between to surfaces

For each STICK the % of points that lie in each FORMATION shall be returned.

Example file will be provided. Data has been partially cleaned, but still contains NULL data and spelling errors.
