Bell Creek is a boutique firm that serves governments, non-profits, and mission-driven businesses on their priority challenges. Our state and local school systems clients are increasingly looking for us to provide GIS capabilities to complement the work we do with them on strategy. We want to get to know a few freelancers we can include in future projects. We are looking for people with these kinds of skills:

* Building spatial databases
* Identifying data sources
* Writing SQL queries to grab a specific time period
* Creating maps based on SQL spatial queries

We focus on clients in the US, and are open to working with virtual freelancers.
