The budget is fictional, Toogit forces me to enter a value. I want estimates and will choose the estimate that seems like the most reliable person and realistic time estimate. I am a fellow programmer and server admin so I have a very good understanding of what is involved in this - I'm just not experience with GCP, not great with JS, and don't have the time or interest to build something like this myself.
I need a custom GMail AddOn written.
CONTEXT
I use Teamwork, for project and task management. And I use GMail (Google Apps) for email.
GMail has a right click feature that reveals a context menu.
THE PROBLEM
I cannot create a Task from an email in GMail.
THE SOLUTION (Phase 1)
1. On right click of email, have an option 'Assign Task'
2. Upon clicking it displays a modal with all the options from Teamworks 'Add Task' feature. (Project, Task List, Assignee, Priority, Start Date, Due Date, Title, Description, option to Attach files from email to task, add Dependency, add Label, add Reminder).
3. Saving creates a Task in TW and modal disappears, showing a progress bar (small) in top right of GMail beside Help / Apps. Once it's fully saved in TW it disappears. If it fails, it will turn to a red icon.
4. User can click that red icon to reopen the modal and save again and see error about why it couldn't save.
I can provide artwork as needed, but I'd like to use something like FontAwesome for the icons.
