Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Google Cloud Platform Data Analytics Help job

Our team recently activated a free trial of Google Cloud Services where we would like to run BigQuery analytical tools on internal and third party datasets. This job would not require the freelancers to search for data in anyway. Our team has the data sources it would like to use and anything beyond that would be the responsibility of our team to find. It has been suggested to me that 'dataflows' would be a useful skill to have for the task of arranging/managing the third party in the BigQuery libraries. I would think that anyone with experience with Google Cloud Services would be able to execute on this job.
