Looking for a great developer that is able to Handle Action Events for Google Home and Alexa.

Specifically looking for those that have experience in handling conversational state: Should be able to Save Previously Given Answers and needs to Use those Answers wheneven Required.

Coding should be in Php.

Need experience in Jquery , Able to understand API’s, Angular JS, Node Js
