A few months ago we created a spreadsheet for a client that has grown in scope considerably. The impact is that the sheet is full of formulas and takes a long time to process the data and frequently freezes when in use. Additionally, the client continues to ask for further changes.
What we want is someone to look at the sheet and either optimize the formulas or create scripts such that it runs more efficiently.
Here's what the sheet does:
Imports from two databases. Each one ranges from 35-100 columns and so far has been as much as 4000 rows. Each row is associated with a customer ID.
The sheet links the data in one sheet to the data in the other by matching the customer IDs.
It then filters out data that doesn't meet the criteria. Currently there are approximately a dozen filters that are required to filter out the rows that don't meet the criteria.
