We have the old version of Google sites.
We are wanting to set up, using this platform, an information sharing platform.
We need to have it set up so that it has 7 main folders - matching our organisation structure, with each of those having multiple subfolders.
In those subfolders will be various information about the various functions of the business.
Some of the pages we need to build in Sites will be:
Documents linked to Sheets
General reference materials
Each type of page will need to be shared according to how it will be used. eg - some pages will need to be shared to view only but without the option to download.
Others will by view only but need to be downloadable so that they can be customised for each business we work with.
As we are consultants, working with multiple businesses - we need to be able to share the same materials with multiple clients and also be able to unshare as needed.
We want to acheive this through Google Sites.
