This first assignment is a 'start' to test out resources.
I may hire multiple people just to see who is good, and who is not.
Toogit didn't really have a good classification for this kind
of work, so put it under one that I thought might have the best people.
PROJECT BACKGROUND

The following assignment is related to our Deceased Closure
List project. We are building and detailing a list of
'everything' that 'anyone' might need to do in closing
the affairs of someone after they pass away. We have
over 500 items with a question set of over 50 questions
to help determine applicability.
At this stage we are finalizing our list and detailing
out the items. There are a few areas that we are searching
for expert help to ensure that our list is totally
comprehensive, while also being MECE (mutually exclusive
and comprehensively exhaustive)
ASSIGNMENT SCOPE

Specifially we are looking for someone for 4 things:
1) Review the question/area asked, let us know if it is not clear
2) Review our item list for all that pertain to a positive response
3) Please add (or suggest we delete) any items. We are looking
for 'what we forgot' as that is the key value that one brings to this
4) For all items, please write up a few sentences (1 or 2, possibly
more if justified) on exactly what the item is. Detailed process
descriptions are not needed at this stage, though we will do that later.
DELIVERABLE

I will share a sheet for the questsion with items, new items
and then details as asked.
I will share a two files.
One is an example of what we are looking for, from
our efforts regarding the question 'was the deceased a
Veteran)
The second is a start on what we are looking for with
some of the items and other notes that might help you
figure out what they are.
QUALIFICATIONS
---------------
We are looking for people who know the Government, not
people willing to 'research' it for us who have no
background, as we already have those people we can use.
If you:
1) Have an understanding of the Government, particularly
of State Governments and their structure,
2) Know people or where to look to complete this sheet,
we'd be interested in your applying. We are putting out
a few of these, as some areas we want to ensure that we
have everything covered. Most of our over 50 areas we
do no need help with, but a few require specific expertise.
