Looking for an Toogiter with experience in Civil Engineering to design and draft grading and storm drainage plans for a residential lot located in Seagoville TX according to IRC. The area in question is approximately 1500-1600 sq ft. you will find the property survey, and a video of the current condition.

You will need to locate the topography map online.

You will need to have competent pipe detailing skills.

You will need to submit work with a previous scope in your cover letter.

Deliverables will include, but not limited to; Storm Drainage Plan, Grading Plan.
