Graphic Design: use existing indd files to create business cards for new agents (real estate broker) using their unique photo/contact information. This will be an ongoing request as needed. Graphic Design: create print-ready post cards for direct mail campaign as needed. We would want you to communicate with the printing service and provide them with the print-ready files per their guidelines. Web Design: improve/update a custom property landing page template in our WordPress website. The site was developed by DoorGrow and uses BeaverBuilder. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way around this so you would need to work with what is available. We mostly want to improve the look/feel as much as possible. Web Design: create a custom landing page to showcase our service and highlight select examples of properties we have successfully sold/rented. This page will need to have a strong call to action to encourage visitors to schedule a consultation to hire our services. Bonus Points: Need to create a 3 minute animated explainer video about our products and services.
