We recently discovered that our emails are not getting through to our clients (both current and prospective) at major advertising agencies. We need help diagnosing and fixing the issue. This is a new problem that seems to have started within the last month.
The issue: Individuals at our company using Gmail (or the Outlook app with Gmail as SMTP) send emails to some specific organizations and the emails do not end up in their inboxes. We've done testing where we call the recipient to see if they get it, we've responded to mails they've sent and still they don't get it. Our emails DO get through to other corporations, friends, etc. This is not about bulk mail, but is about one-to-one emails.
What we've done: in an effort to diagnose, I double checked our DKIM and SPF (both seem ok), and just added DMARC (using dmarcian) in the hopes that I would learn something.
I'm truly at a loss here and need some expert help. Please explain in your email, your experience with this.
