Required software development freelancer for Guidance and Training for Enterprise OneDrive Implementation job

We are migrating 12 TB of data currently on shared drives and personal drives to Microsoft OneDrive. We are looking for someone that has done this several times for companies with over 500 employees. Specifics we would like to accomplish:
1. Best setup practices for OneDrive.
2. Governance and/or configuration to keep the number of folders/redundant data/rogue files/shares manageable.
3. Data loss prevention practices for very sensitive health care data.
4. Access from any device (Mac, Iphone, Android, Chromebook, Windows)
5. Where integration with/access through Sharepoint makes sense.
6. Best way to handle permissions. Translate permissions from legacy file permissions.
6. Training on how to administer/configure the system on an ongoing basis.
