Experienced computer vision / machine learning / deep learning freelancer or agency is needed to detect hand position and rotation through android app.
Deliverable: Android app apk that can detect and return the hand pose and rotation at 60 Hz rate (minimum). It is not a single image. It should be extracted from video.
The poses and rotations detected using the android app should be recorded in excel file or CSV in order to visualize the result. I will share a template of the excel file with shortlisted candidates.
Six parameters should be recorded: 1) X position; 2) Y position; 3) Z position (distance from camera; 4) Rotation along X axis; 5) Rotation along Y axis; 6) Rotation along Z axis.
These 6 parameters are absolute (not relative displacement or relative rotation to the starting pose).
You may use any open-source data and/or SDK available.
I don't have data-sets. Freelancer / agency should take care of it.
It should work on right and left hands from front and back.
The above mentioned 6 parameters should be recorded for four points on the hand simultaneously.
Accuracy in the position should be maximum 1mm. Accuracy in rotation should be maximum 3 degrees.
This is a one milestone project. Meaning, full payment after full delivery and acceptance. Source-code should be sent before payment.
