I need someone who has recruiting experience to source a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business specialising in Timber products. The location is to be based at Wakefiled, West Yorkshire.
I have a full JD which will share later. Basically (1) need you to search linkedin and/or other web sources for identifying potential candidates and (2) find through search and/or other methods identify similar companies in the area and through well planned and non-intrusive cold calling or other methods source potential candidates and arrange for us to do a phone and/or in person interview.
Propose budget for this project can be on an hourly rate with a bonus if you can find the right person and we go on to hire them.
