Required Accounting freelancer for Help needed to start an Austrian business without an Austrian Visa. job

I need someone to advise me on starting a company in Austria. I want to work in Austria (winter) and UK (summer) without an Austrian visa but i do have a Tier 5 uk visa. I work as a kids entertainer at kidsmagicshow.



What would be the most viable option-


Start the company with a silent partner (with visa).

Start a New Zealand Company as i am from NZ and work thru this company in NZ

Start a UK company and work through this company in Austria.
