Our company sells domestic flights in Myanmar.

We would like to create the ability for our website to be shown in different languages, and are looking for someone to advise us on the following:

- which software should we use to manage our translation content?
- what URL structure should we use? (?lang=en or site.com/en, etc)
- what translation partner we should consider to do the translations.
